Please note - free in-store collection is available for items which are already in stock in your store from 1 hour after reservation.
Is an item in stock in your local store? Then take advantage of our Click and Collect service and guarantee the item is waiting for you when you arrive! Simply find your local store using our Store Locator, check the item is in stock, and then reserve it online. The item will then be available to collect in one hour and we'll keep your reservation for up to 3 days.
Item not in stock in your local store?
Our Click and Collect service means we will deliver the item to your local store for collection. If you place your order before 8pm you can collect it in-store from 1pm three days later (exceptions apply). For delivery information on individual products click on the 'Delivery and Returns' tab on the product page.

What if I want my bike built?
Our Bike Build service is also available if you wish to reserve or order a bike.
Bikes that are in stock can be reserved as above and could be ready for collection after 4pm on the following day - we'll ring to confirm the best collection time, and then get busy building your bike.
Bikes that have to be ordered in will still arrive in store but could be ready for collection by 4pm on the collection day (the store will call you to confirm your collection time).
(Some exceptions may apply for web exclusive products)
Where do I collect my Click & Collect order?
For bikes and bike products head over to the BikeHut once you're in store.
For all other products head towards the signposted collection point which should be located by the parts desk.
Items ordered or reserved online are always available at the online price, so you can still take advantage of our fantastic online discounts.
Struggling to locate your collection point, or just want some help or information on your new item? Please don't hesitate to ask for help in-store - we'll be able to assist you.
If you enter your mobile number and/or email address we'll be able to keep you updated with the progress of your order. This includes confirming your order and letting you know when your item is available for collection.
