    Rated 1 out of 5 by from A frightening experience Had the lock about one month, I kept the lock fastened to my bike ready to use when required. then one day the lock became difficult to open when i had arrived at my destination, i persevered opened it and locked my bike to a lock point. When i went to unlock the bike it would not open!! I had visions of having to leave my bike at that location to fetch tools to cut the useless thing off. I persevered and managed to open it after a an absolute age. Returned the lock to Halfords and got a gift card as a had no proof of purchase to hand.
