I always buy Apollo bikes and bought this bike as I had my previous bike stolen. I use it in the city and it is light, easy to ride and gets me up the hills. Went out on a cycle the next day the chain kept coming of and the chain would not change easily with the gear. By the fifth time the chain had come of the bike I gave up. Took it back the next day to halfords to be told that the chain hadn't been adjusted properly. Good solid bike for commuting to work and pleasure. However ordered online picked up instore as arranged, loaded into car and placed in garage. Went to use it next day to find 2 flat tyres. I took the bike straight back to the shop and they said they would investigate but if punctures were found I would have to pay for the repair. Needless to say I was not impressed but was confident there would be no puncture as the bike was unused. It turned out to be a fault in both inner tubes so these were replaced and I took the bike home. Day 1 commuting all ok. Day 2 commute ride in ok went to ride home and had a front flat. I went back to the shop after apologies from staff the inner tube was changed again. Looking back at reviews I would say there is a quality issue with the inner tubes. Keep in mind, the bike was unused at that point. Pumped some air in the tyre to try the bike out, brakes catching, gears not changing properly, chain felt like will fall of while pedalling. Next day, tyre was flat again.
