It's been a cracking experience so far. Service in the Doncaster shop was excellent with knowledgeable friendly staff. The bike itself is comfortable with the addition of a gel seat cover. Gear shift and braking are great, and even with the addition of the weeride kid's seat over the crossbar it is well balanced.
