It is different to the normal mount that has to be stuck on to the top of the helmet as it allows the camera to be lower and thus protected by the helmet itself. It can also allow the camera to be extended forward and point back at the wearer. It is well made and easy to stick (clean the helmet with meths) although RRP is too expensive, as normal with GoPro extras. The Halford's price, however, make it sensible, .
