Collect In Store

To make sure you get the product you want in store, check the availability of the product you want by using the stock checker on each product page.

If the product you're looking at is in stock, reserve it online and it will be ready to collect in only one hour.

Make sure your chosen items are available in your local store by using the stock checker on each product page.

If the product is in stock at your local store, you will be able to reserve it to make sure it is ready and waiting for you when you arrive. Halfords stores stock a wide range of items that are available to reserve, and they will be ready for you to collect from an hour after you place your reservation up to the end of the following day.

When reserving a bike online to be built in-store, it will be available for you to collect from 4pm the following day.

Products are always reserved at the online price, so this is the price you will pay when you come to collect. By using this service, you will always be able to take advantage of any online discounts that apply.

When you come into store, our trained staff will be able to advise you on your new products. So if you have any questions about your items, use this service and ask our store staff for any help or guidance that you need.

If you enter your email address and/or mobile phone number, order updates will be sent via email and/or text.

In the unforeseen event of any problems with your reservation, the store will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible.
