Car Seat Bases

A child car seat base is a really easy way to fix your child's car seat into your car. The base is anchored into the car, allowing you to clip the seat in and out easily, and into a buggy frame if required.

Most cars made after 2004 use an Isofix base system, and you can tell if yours does by looking for the Isofix label at the back of your car seats, or checking with your car’s manufacturer.

Most car seat bases have a visual or audible indicator to let you know that the base is fitted correctly, and that the car seat is securely attached. This takes the guesswork out of fitting your seat, giving you peace of mind that your child is in safe hands.
