As well as topping your screenwash up for no charge at all, we will check the following:
- Air con (where fitted) - we'll check the effectiveness of your air con by measuring the vent temperature after the air con has been running for two minutes.
- Lights - it's important to ensure your car's lights are working so that your vehicle remains safe and visible on the road.
- Wiper blades - it's important to check that your wiper blades are fit for purpose so that you can see clearly on wet summer days.
- Oil - an essential lubricant for your car's engine. Without oil your engine could seize and you will break down. Prevent the likelihood of this happening by ensuring your car's oil remains at the correct level.
- Battery - reduce your chance of an unexpected breakdown this summer by ensuring your battery is in good working order.
Did you know that your air con uses a refrigerant gas in order to cool the air? The gas slowly escapes over time and should be topped up to keep the air con working effectively. Manufacturers recommend this to be done every two years.
