<p> You can reserve your bike online and pick it up from the store of your choice. </p>
<p><strong>Please note: </strong>The expected collection time for your order will be communicated to you on the product page after entering your post code. This will then be confirmed when you have completed checkout. For Bikes Please wait for your store to phone you to arrange a suitable collection time. (a colleague will confirm an appointment to collect or select home delivery. We are currently unable to complete instore bike purchases without an appointment’)</p>
<p>Following the new social distancing measures published by the Government to keep our colleagues and customers safe, we respectively ask that you observe the following guidelines when collecting your Click & Collect order:</p>

Customers for now will not be allowed into our stores, we will have a desk within our store entrances to transact and hand over products.</div>
<p><strong>Before getting to Store</strong></p>
<p> You will receive a confirmation SMS text informing you of when your order is ready for collection. If you have ordered a bike, please wait for your store to phone you to arrange a suitable collection time.</p>
<p><strong>When visiting a store</strong></p>
<p> To help protect everyone, stores will not be open for browsing. Instead we are introducing two new ways to shop with us:</p>
<ol class="b-list ml-30">
<li><strong>A drive in, pick or collect point. </strong>This will be situated at the check in desk in the entrance to our stores. Here you will be able to get your Click and Collect purchase. If you have not used our Click and Collect service, our colleagues will be able to take your order and retrieve the product for you.</li>
<li><strong> Drive in, fit and repair</strong>. This is for essential fittings and services. Simply park your car at the front of our stores and request your service at the check in desk.<br>

<p><strong> During your visit</strong></p>
<p> To help keep everyone safe, please only approach our check in desk when there are no other customers being served.</p>
<p> Please stay 2 metres apart from customers and colleagues while they serve you or service your vehicle. To help make this easier, we will be marking out safe distances at the entrance to our store.</p>

<strong>Returns</strong> - For product returns you will no longer need to fill in any paperwork.</p></div>

<p><span >We can order to your chosen store for collection. </span></p>
<p><span >Your expected collection date will be communicated at checkout and on your confirmation email. Please provide a mobile number and/or email during the checkout process so we can notify you by text when your item is ready to collect. We’ll then hold your item in-store for 7 days.</span></p>
<p><span >* Some Online Exclusive items sent directly from the supplier need to be ordered by 3pm for collection up to 10 working days later (except Saturday & Sundays). Lead times may vary by supplier. All expected collection dates will be communicated at checkout and on your confirmation email.</span></p>
<p><span >* If you're ordering a </span><strong><span >BIKE </span></strong><span >and </span><strong><span >want us to build it for you for free </span></strong><span >before you collect it, an additional 3 days will be added to your collection date to make </span><span >sure</span><span > it's ready for your arrival. This will be confirmed at checkout and in your confirmation email. The store will call you before building your bike to confirm your collection date.</span></p>
