<span itemprop="description">I booked the 5 point check and tyre check via the website. Upon arriving at the Scarborough Halfords to check in, I was told ‘we don’t work for free’ and that if I wanted someone to check my car it would be £49.95 per hour. A complete waste of my time and the website is misleading. If they had done the check they would have got business of installing 4x new tyres etc., so rather short sighted.</span>

<span itemprop="description">The tyre pressure light came up on my Fiesta car.I am a female driver and need help with this.Went into Halfords Straighton and Kenny took my details and asked Simon to attend to my car.Both gentleman gave me excellent service and Simon attended to my car within minutes.If I need a tyre I shall go to Halfords Seafield Edinburgh. Thank you both.</span>

<span itemprop="description">I went to Halfords (Oldbury) today to get my tyres checked due to low pressure and was offered a free health check. I was helped by a lovely man named Khal, he was very friendly, knowledgable and professional. He did a thorough check, showing me my oil and coolant levels and how to top them up. Sorted my tyres and advised me when they may need changing. He was fab and I left very happy with the service I received. Would definitely recommend to anyone.</span>

<span itemprop="description">Originally booked a free 5 point car check 15th July 2023. Unable to attend. Rebooked and amended order online. Went to the garage a week later on 22nd July to be told no sign of the amended booking. Rebooked again 29th July. Went to garage and told the was no trained technician on site. The mechanic there gave it the once over anyway, and apologised for the inconvenience. Really need more staff and better systems guys..</span>
