Halfords Bottom Bracket 68mm

1. Always start threads by hand.

2. Tighten BB cups to 50-70N.m.

3. Ensure the frame and bottom bracket cup threads are free from dirt and lubricated.

Step 1: Place the axle with right cup into the bottom bracket, start the thread by hand in an anti-clockwise direction.

Step 2: Fully tighten the right cup to 50-70Nm

Step 3: Put the left cup over the axle, start the thread by hand tightening in clockwise direction.

Step 4: Fully tighten the right cup to 50-70Nm

Warning: Tighten to the correct Nm
