Terms and Conditions
- You must register online to be eligible for a replacement key
- Personal details will be held in accordance with GDPR and Halfords Privacy Policy requirements
- A claim can only be made by registering your details and key code to https://www.halfords.com/cycling/services/bike-lock-registration.html
- A representative from Halfords will receive your request and may get in contact for further information
- Replacement keys may take up to 30 working days to arrive from submission of request, but during busy periods, this may be slightly longer
- Halfords accepts no liability for lost or delayed replacement keys.
- If it has not been received within 30 days, please contact Customer Services
- By registering for our key replacement service you are also agreeing that Halfords can contact you about the other great offers and services we have to offer. If you would prefer not to receive these emails, you can opt-out at any point of registration.
- Proof of purchase will be required. The claimant warrants they are the owner of the bike lock. Halfords accepts no liability if it is later found the request was submitted by a non-owner.
