NGK Iridium Motorbike Spark Plug DR8EIX uses the strong metal iridium which offers improvements in starting, idling & throttle response.

The NGK Iridium IX Spark Plugs have a 0.6mm laser welded fine iridium tip that provides extended life and a constant spark, as well as a tapered ground electrode that reduces electrical quenching. Fouling is prevented by the longer insulator nose, flashover is prevented by the insulator's corrugated ribs, and combustion gas leakage is eliminated by a triple gasket seal.
