The Halfords 16"-20" adjustable kickstand is designed especially for kids’ bikes. Kids tend to throw their bikes down anywhere they feel like it which can cause expensive damage. A simple solution, this kickstand will allow your little one to park their bike anywhere out of harm’s way.
 
The height of the stand can be quickly and easily adjusted with either a screwdriver or 8mm spanner to allow for the perfect lean angle, accommodating wheel sizes between 16" and 20".
 
The kickstand fits just behind the bottom bracket (crankset) on most bikes with 16-20" wheels that have provision for a centre mounting stand.
 
Installation instructions:
  1. If the bike already has a mounting point built into the frame insert the bolt through the top of the hole. If the bike does not have a mounting point use the bracket adapter included.
  2. Secure the kickstand in place using an 8mm Allen key ensuring the kickstand is fitted to the non-driveside (left) side of the bike away from the gears. Ensure any brake and gear cables are not obstructed by the kickstand.
  3. Fold the stand out and use a screwdriver or 8mm spanner to adjust the length of the stand.
  4. Ensure the stand supports the bike safely with a small lean into the stand. If the stand is too short, the bike will fall into the stand. If too long, it will fall away from the stand.
