Use and care:

• Use piece of sandpaper to lightly rub around the damaged tube in the area of the hole to provide a better surface for the rubber solution to grip

• Apply the adhesive to the tube. Apply enough to cover an area the size of the patch

• Leave it for around 30-60 seconds. While you're waiting, get the patch ready by pulling the foil or similar off the back

• Next, carefully apply the patch to the tube. Hold the patch against the tube for a good 30-60 seconds to make sure it is securely stuck down

• Only use a tyre-puncture repair kit on tubeless-type tyres
