This means more trained experts and a more connected service through our retail store, at one of 2 Halfords Autocentres or through Halfords Mobile Experts - ultimately making it easier and more convenient to access our services.
We can’t wait to be able to do more for the town of Colchester and to celebrate Halfords is giving away more than £12,000 worth of products and services to local residents. We’re pledging to hand out tyres and tyre changes, 10 point checks, MOTs and bike products to help keep Colchester moving.

Free Services to keep Colchester moving - Terms and Conditions
- This Promotion (the “Promotion”) is open to all persons aged 18 or over and resident in the Colchester area with a CO postcode, including employees, and their immediate families, of Halfords Limited, their associated companies, agents, agencies, and anyone else professionally connected with the Promotion. The Promotion is open between 10am on 3rd September 2021 and 10am on 17th September 2021 (the “Promotion Period”).
- The Promotion is organised by Halfords Limited of Icknield Street Drive, Washford West, Redditch, Worcestershire B98 0DE (“Halfords”).
- By entering into the Promotion, a customer agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- Any personal data relating to customers will be used wholly in accordance with current UK data protection legislation. In particular, personal data will only be used to administer this Promotion, unless consent is provided otherwise.
- In order to be eligible for this Promotion, customers must:
- Be a resident of Colchester with a CO postcode;
- Apply to take part in the Promotion via https://www.halfords.com/keepingcolchestermoving;
- Complete the relevant application form;
- Claim their free Service from the list provided.
- One (1) Service is permitted per vehicle.
- Services available will be:
- 12 x 2 tyre;
- 40 x MOT; and
- 300 x 10-point checks; and
- £500 worth of Halfords vouchers
(together, the “Services”).
- The Services will be allocated on a first come first serve basis, and will only be available while stocks last.
- Customers will be notified of confirmation of their free Service through a booking confirmation email.
